The group supplies extensive information such as pricing and product details specific to each agency or official, by utilizing both private and public resources including www.gsaadvantage.com. The Government Team also utilizes Bosch’s professional, authorized government reseller base across the country to fulfill government agencies’ installation and service needs. Technical Solutions
The Bosch Technical Solutions team combines extensive training and years of experience to skillfully assist you with technical issues such as configuration, programming and troubleshooting errors. This group provides support from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday and offers an after-hours emergency support option.

The Application Solutions group provides project support for large systems, multiple related systems and systems that exceed normal support channels. This team of experts also addresses issues regarding integration with third party products and proof of concept. Warranty Repair
