Bosch license plate cameras are specially designed to capture consistent, high-quality images of vehicle nicense plates, day or night. The range covers all applications, from basic vehicle access control to traffic monitoring up to 140 miles (225 km) per hour. New ONVIF conformant IP models ensure easy integration into existing network infrastructure and video management systems.
Reliable capture in challenging conditions
The Night Capture Imaging System delivers a burst of infrared illumination while simultaneously filtering out visible light to ensure clear license plate images in complete darkness while also eliminating the negative effects of headlight glare.

Advanced Ambient Compensation combines high-intensity pulsed infrared illumination, an ultra-fast shutter and automatic mode switching to minimize overexposure from sunlight as well as glare from headlights or taillights for more accurate automatic license plate recognition.
 
 
Optimized performance
Up to six adjustable modes improves capture of plates specific to your region and allows for fine-tuning the imager for license plate recognition algorithms. The imager can also be configured to automatically change modes in varying ambient light.

DINION capture 5000
With an operational range of up to 92 feet (28 meters), the DINION capture 5000 delivers high contrast plate images across the complete spectrum of ambient lighting conditions – from total darkness to direct glare from vehicle headlights. The camera captures clear images from vehicles moving at up to 140 mph (225 km/h), making it ideal for demanding vehicle inventory or traffic monitoring applications.

 

 

DINION capture 5000 IP
The IP model features progressive scan technology for clear images of moving vehicles. H.264 compression for reduced bandwidth and storage requirement and Power over Ethernet+ (PoE+) for easier, more cost-effective installation and operation. ONVIF conformance ensures support by third-party video management systems for seamless integration with your existing surveillance infrastructure.

 

 

DINION capture 7000
Features a high resolution day/night overview camera that captures a wide view image to aid in vehicle make and model identification, delivering excellent color reproduction during the day and crisp monochrome images at night. Both cameras feature Bosch DINION 20-bit processing for balanced images even in low light and high-contrast settings.
