Basic Support Information
- Bosch supports the currently released version of ReadykeyPRO and 1 version back. The 2nd release back will be supported for 3 months after the current software release to allow for the upgrading of systems.
- Unsupported software versions are not able to be added on to e.g increase reader count, clients or any other software options. These systems must be brought current.
- S32 Systems that fall out of support must contact the Bosch Presales department for a quote to bring the system current. - ADV and PRO Level Systems will have to update there Annual Software Support Agreement.
- The Software Support Agreements are an annual requirement. The first year of support is included in the base software purchase. The Software Support Agreement is based on date sold NOT the date installed.
- Since this is an Annual cost 1 RKP-SUSP-128 or RKP-SUSP-PRO will need to be purchased for each year since the last purchased agreement.
